Our flat weave rugs are similar to tapestries but can be used on flat surfaces as well as wall hangings. They are usually double sided, and both the warp (vertically stretched yarn) and the  weft (horizontally woven yarn) are rug wool.

Depending on the design, the weaving technique is typical of US southwest rugs, Şarkoy kilims, or north African rugs.
